Customer Service Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

Job purpose :

Manage projects to improve and automate customer service processes in order to meet user and customer expectations.

Description of significant activities :

Customer projects

  • Interfacing with customers and internal players to identify needs
  • Determine solution and tools
  • Deploy, document and maintain Customer Service solutions for launched projects
  • Train customer service users
  •  Steering the automation of customer service processes
  • Ensure the automation of all transactions and manual processes identified within the Customer Service department.

 Key User ERP - Order Management

  • Active participation in the X Fab group's process alignment project and deployment of the new SAP ERP.
  • Manage the Future State, Testing and User Training phases, and monitor documentation updates.

Profile: 

Level of education required without experience: Bac +5
Certifications: PMI, PMP, PRINCE or equivalent certification, Master's degree specialized in AI or robotization
