Tertiary / Building activity manager (f/m/x)

Assignment :
You are responsible for all building maintenance services on an industrial site. Your scope includes both the maintenance of tertiary surfaces/technical surfaces (including controlled environment rooms), the maintenance of buildings and exterior spaces. You operate on a high-tech site operating continuously, where quality and continuity of service are essential to the activity.
Activities & Responsibilities:
As a technical leader, your activities focus on several axes:
Management of the tertiary team (locksmith, plumbing):
• You develop intervention planning, necessary supplies, task assignment (with CMMS support), and follow the corresponding dashboards
• You are responsible for the smooth running of interventions (safety, application of good practices, deadlines, etc.)
• You manage priorities (curative interventions)
Management of service contracts:
• You manage the interventions of external companies on regular or one-off planned operations.
• You ensure compliance with contractual commitments by the subcontractor, at the technical, quality, environmental and safety levels, by having previously defined and contractualized the service monitoring indicators and the associated reporting.
• You carry out the necessary audits of the services
Management of specific interventions (work subcontracted to specialized companies)
• You establish consultations with suppliers with the support of the purchasing department
• You implement the intervention (Prevention plan, etc.)
• You supervise the intervention until reception
Your responsibilities include:
Achievement of set objectives by attaching crucial importance to the quality of the service provided.
Monitoring of allocated budget envelopes
Guarantor of health and safety conditions, compliance with environmental standards (ISO 14001 certification)
Force of proposals for improving the site including work spaces
Technical monitoring in the areas concerned
Working environment :
Reporting to the “Facilities & Services” maintenance manager, you manage a team of building maintenance agents. You are in contact with all of the company's other departments, you work regularly with the HSE department, purchasing, maintenance and technical operations departments.
Your responsibility also extends to services provided to partners/tenants on the site.

You have experience managing subcontracted service contracts, setting up dashboards, monitoring service levels,
You have real “know-how” in general building maintenance, tertiary and technical areas,
You know the market players,
You know the application of the corresponding standards and master Safety and Environment good practices,
You have customer awareness, you know how to adapt to a varied typology of interlocutors with appropriate communication.

You are rigorous and methodical, you like to formalize the associated actions and instructions,
You know how to evolve independently while reporting on your activities.
Training:
With a BTS-type higher technical education, you have at least 5 years of experience in team leadership and service contract management.
