Accountant expert (h/f/x)

Responsibilities :

Accounts payable:

Ensure the management of supplier accounting (tracking and posting of invoices through to payments, lettering and reconciliation of accounts) and coordinate the activities of the Accountants.
Supervise inter-company management: verify and analyze monetary and service flows between X-FAB sites.
Drive inventory and scrap management to reduce costs: planning, inventory optimization, variance analysis.

General accounting :

Establish provision entries.
Produce account reconciliations and, if necessary, justify discrepancies in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
Participate in the preparation of monthly closings and annual closings.
Analyze accounting data by producing various management charts and reports.
Enter various mandatory declarations (VAT, C3S, DAS2, etc.).
Participate, in liaison with the Management Controller, in the Group's financial, statistical and budgetary analysis.
Contribute to the definition, drafting and updating of accounting procedures and rules, as well as their conditions of application.
Define and implement control and monitoring procedures and indicators.

Profile:

Mastery of cost accounting.
Knowledge of control and monitoring procedures and indicators (definition, implementation, etc.).
Knowledge of data analysis: data restitution anomalies, consistency of restituted data.
Knowledge of business IT tools: Excel, ERP (AX, SAP), etc.
Bac + 5 or Bac+2/3 with 5 years' experience in the field
Level B2 in English
