Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Your missions
Customer Quality
- Validate and guarantee the implementation of internal Quality methods and tools to ensure that our products and services comply with current international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3, etc.), customer contractual requirements and CSRs (customer specific requirements),
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, providing clear, relevant and documented technical responses (8D methodology),
- Organize customer audits within the site, coordinating the departments concerned. Then ensure that the actions identified are carried out within the deadlines set.
- Produce customer reports: CPK reports, process change notifications, test result summaries, etc.
Internal quality
- Lead the non-conformance management process in order to rule on risks and disposition of parts,
- Handle all non-conforming events and materials in accordance with 8D methodology, and follow up corrective and preventive actions,
- Get involved in projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our organization
- lead cross-functional projects and workgroups.
Profile
This position is for you if :
- You are familiar with quality tools (8D, 5W, FMEA...) and have knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3...,
- You have good communication skills in French and English (reading, writing, speaking),
- You are organized, rigorous and a good team player,
- You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and analyze,
- You have the ability to stand back and manage crisis situations.
Training: 5 years' higher education in electronics/semiconductor physics required.
